MESA FULL HOME RENOVATION

We transformed this 1950's Mesa tract house by converting the old garage into a primary bedroom and adding a new garage, thus eliminating a wasteful concrete "hook" driveway and freeing the space for a new garden courtyard and entry.  We combined the small interior public spaces into one larger "great room" with a raised ceiling.  The house also got new siding, windows and doors, roofing, heating and electrical systems.  This "whole house remodel" will last the owners for another 60 years!
