NEW CONSTRUCTION

There is nothing better than starting a project from the ground-up.

I built over 300 homes while I worked with Centex Homes (2004-2009), and I was heavily involved from start to finish.

When I started with Centex Homes I was 22 years old fresh out of college. Once I started, I was managing work from painting walls, installing finish HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and new flooring to handing the keys over to the new home owners.
After 1 1/2 years, we completed the neighborhood I started on. After reaching this milestone, they put me in charge of warranty for the neighborhood. They wanted me to experience what can go wrong with a home after the home owners moved in. I would then know what to look for during the rough framing, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing phases of a home. I managed warranty for over a year and then was transferred to the next neighborhood. At the new project I built homes for the next three years from the ground-up. At any given time I would be running 4 phases of construction, meaning I was in charge of around 24 homes at a time. I was responsible to process each home through the different stages of construction including the foundation, framing, rough MEP's, to drywall and so on.

During that time period I learned and soaked in as much knowledge as I could. To have the opportunity to build that many houses in such a short period of time gave me the experience to take on any size project with confidence.

I welcome the opportunity to build custom homes for any current and future clients.
